How to make Father’s Day greeting cards

Got your Father’s Day coloring pages ready? Awesome!

Now, let’s turn them into super special cards for your dad. It’s super easy, and I’ll walk you through each step. Pick the method that best suits your situation, and we will explain how to do it step by step below.

  1. Print four pages per sheet on cardstock and cut into A6-size greeting cards
  2. Print a foldable design (more about that below) on cardstock and fold it in two
  3. Print a foldable design on regular paper, cut it, and glue it onto a piece of folded cardstock
  4. Print on regular paper and fold in two
The four card options we recommend

#1 Print four pages per sheet and cut into A6-size greeting cards

This is the best option if you want to print more Father’s Day cards, such as for teachers, and if you want to make them feel like real cards.

This is what you do:

  1. Download all of our Father’s Day coloring sheets, and then click print
  2. In the printer settings screen change the settings to “4 pages per sheet.” This might sound techie, but it’s just a few clicks in the printer menu. Look for something like “Page Sizing & Handling” and then “Multiple.”(These settings vary slightly per printer, so you may need to do a quick Google search if yours doesn’t look like the settings in our screenshot below.
  3. Load and print: Pop some cardstock in your printer and hit print. Cardstock is a bit thicker, so it makes your cards feel all fancy.

#2 Print foldable design on A4 cardstock and fold in two

Want a bigger card? This one’s for you!

Print our foldable design on A4 cardstock.

Once printed, just fold the cardstock in half, and voilà, you’ve got a card that’s ready for a message and some art.

#3 Print them on regular paper, cut, and glue them on cardstock paper

If your printer struggles with cardstock, this is the better option for you.

Print your chosen coloring page on regular paper, using our foldable design.

Then cut it out and glue it onto a folded piece of cardstock. This way, you get the cool look of a card with the ease of regular paper.

#4 Print them on regular A4 paper and fold in two

For the simplest option, print our foldable design on standard A4 paper and fold it in half. It’s easy, and quick, and allows space for a heartfelt message inside. And it’s still 100% made with love!
